You don’t have to find your way alone…

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, anxious, grieving, or simply know that life can be more, meaningful change begins with one conversation.

For many years I’ve walked beside individuals and couples as they navigate life’s most difficult seasons. My role isn’t to tell you who you should become. It’s to help you reconnect with who you already are beneath the fear, stress, pain or disconnection. Together we’ll create a safe, compassionate space where insight grows, emotions become understandable, and lasting change becomes possible.

Individual Therapy

Somtimes life becomes louder than our own wisdom. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, trauma, or life transitions, counseling offers a place to slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin moving toward the life you want to live.

Couples Therapy

Relationships don’t fail because people stop caring. More often partners become caught in patterns they con’t understand. Together we’ll learn to recognize those patterns, rebuild emotional safety, strengthen communication and rediscover connection that brought you together in the first place.

Family Therapy

Families can become caught in patterns where everyone feels misunderstood. Together we’ll slow thos patterns down, strengthen communication, and better understand what each person is bringing to the family dynamic-creating more roomo for connection, trust, and healthier ways of being together

What Can We Work on Together?

People come to therapy for many different reasons. Sometimes something has happened. Sometimes a relationship has become difficult. And sometimes there’s simply a growing awareness that the way you’ve been living no longer feels like the way you want to live.

A Little About Me

For many years, I've had the privilege of sitting with people as they make sense of difficult moments, painful patterns, changing relationships, and the questions that sometimes arise about who they are and how they want to live.

I don't believe therapy is about fixing what's wrong with you. I see it as a conversation—one grounded in curiosity, compassion, honesty, and the understanding that meaningful change often begins when we can see ourselves and our relationships a little more clearly.

My work draws from decades of experience in psychotherapy, substance use treatment, couples and family work, and the continuing exploration of what helps us become more fully ourselves and more connected to the people who matter to us.
